Pool & Hot Tub Heating

The pool and hot tub are not heated. Pool is a comfortable temperature in summer and typically does not require heating. Please contact for more information about having the pool and/ or the hot tub heated. Additional propane charges used to heat the pool or hot tub will apply.

Guests are strictly prohibited from receiving mail or packages at the property

Disclosure: There are exterior security cameras present on the property. A camera at front door and at front gate. There is also a detached Casita that sits below the main home & pool area. The unit is far enough away that guests would not be aware if someone is present or not. The property owner may or may not be staying in this unit during the guests stay. Guests will not be disturbed by the owner during their stay.
